This study examines the effects of career barriers on career decision self-efficacy of college students majoring in police and security in the modern civilization that has reached the 4th industrial era, which is concretely visible in our society and provides innovative influence and convenience to some lives. A study was conducted. The results derived from analyzing the factors related to career decision self-efficacy, which are the ability and confidence that each individual of the MZ generation, who have reached the 4th industrial age, must prepare for their career, and have the ability and confidence to self-solve in career decision-making and pioneering As follows. It was found that career barriers affect the self-efficacy of career decisions among college students majoring in police and security in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Discrimination and multiple roles were found to have an influence on the goal selection factor that determines career path, and it was found that multiple roles were exerted on the job information collection factor. In addition, discrimination and lack of preparation were found to have an effect on the problem-solving factors of career decision self-efficacy, and multiple roles were found to have an influence on the future planning factors. Therefore, in the 4th industrial age, we present practical results for career setting discovered by the influence of the career barriers and self-efficacy that determine the career path of police and security college students, while at the same time overcoming career problems and promoting preparatory actions.

본 연구에서는 우리사회에 구체적으로 가시화 되고 일부 생활에 혁신적인 영향 및 편리함을 제공하고 있는 4차산업시대에 도달한 현대문명에서, 경찰·경호전공 대학생들 의 진로장벽이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 4차산업 시대를 맞이한 MZ세대 각각의 개개인은 진로를 위해 무엇을 준비해야 하 며, 진로결정과개척에스스로해결할수 있다는 능력과 자신감인 진로결정자기효능감 의 관련 요인을 분석하여 이에 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 4차 산업시대 경찰·경호전공 대학생들이 진로장벽이 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 진로를 결정하는 목표선택 요인에서는 차별과, 다중역할이 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업정보수집 요인에서는 다중역할을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로결정 자기효능감의 문제해결 요인에서는 차별과 준비부족이 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 미래계획수립 요인에서는 다중적 역할이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 4차 산업시대에서 경찰·경호전공대학생들의 갖는 진로장벽과 진로를 결정하는 자기효능감의 영향으로 알아낸 진로설정에 대한 실질적인 결과를 제시함과 동시에 진로문제에 대한 극복과 사전 준비행동의 증진을 위한 후속연구의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.
