With the explosive increase of data, the importance of creating new values t hrough the use of data is increasing recently. For this purpose, it is important to establish and utilize a data catalog for efficient data management and access. In this study, we analyze the current status of data platforms being built in public and private sectors, and propose a data catalog construction plan as a way to increase the distribution and usability of data by efficiently linking and exchanging different data catalogs for each platform. In addition, scalable metadata presentation and linkage technologies were proposed that consider all data platforms operated in public and private sectors and linkage with major overseas data platforms. In the future it is expected that it can be used to develop into an integrated data catalog in Korea by linking public and private data platforms.

최근 데이터의 폭발적인 증가와 데이터 활용을 통한 새로운 가치창출의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해 효율적인 데이터 관리와 접근을 위해서는 데이터 카달로그의 구축과 활용이 중요하다. 본 연구 에서는 공공·민간에서 구축되고 있는 데이터 플랫폼 현황을 분석하고, 플랫폼별 다른 데이터 카탈로그를 효율적으로 연계·교환하여 데이터의 유통과 활용성을 높이는 방안으로써 데이터 카탈로그 구축방안을 제 시한다. 또한, 공공 및 민간에서 운영 중인 모든 데이터 플랫폼과 해외 주요 데이터 플랫폼과의 연계까지 고려하는 확장성 있는 메타데이터 제시와 연계기술과 방법을 제안하였다. 향후 공공 및 민간의 데이터 플 랫폼을 연계하여 대한민국의 통합된 데이터 카탈로그로 발전하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
