The use of social networking services is rapidly expanding as people are discouraged from going out due to COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using SNS while maintaining social distance on people's positive psychology. By combining SNS characteristics and COVID-19 factors, the positive psychology of consumers' perceived value and flourishing was investigated. Data from the questionnaire were obtained from 405 users with experience in using SNS and analyzed using SPSS24. As a result of the analysis, SNS users show perceived value through their experiences or acquired knowledge. It was affecting the psychological changes of users by positively recognizing their appearance and feeling happy. It was possible to verify that the use of SNS in the situation of social distancing affects the creation of a flourishing of users, and the value of SNS as a platform for digital services in the future.

코로나19로 외출 자제가 지속되면서 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 사용이 급격히 확대되고 있다. 사회적 거리두기를 유지하는 상황에서 사람들의 긍정적 심리에 영향을 끼칠수 있는 요인, 특히 SNS 의 역할을 확인하고 검증할 수 있는 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 SNS의 특성과 코로나19 관련요인에 관한 선행연구를 종합하여, 소비자가 지각하게 되는 가치 또는 긍정적인 심리인 플로리싱(flourishing)에 미치는 선행 영향요인과 영향 관계에 대한 실증연구를 수행하였다. SNS를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 405명 설문자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 24 버전으로 분 석하였다. 분석 결과, SNS 사용자들이 자신의 경험이나 습득한 지식을 통해서 지각된 가치를 발휘하 게 되며, 자신의 모습을 긍정적으로 인식하면서 행복함을 느끼며, 사용자의 심리적 변화에 영향을 미 치고 있었다. 사회적거리투기 상황에서 SNS활용이 사용자의 긍정적심리상태 조성에 영향을 미친다는 것과, 앞으로 디지털 서비스를 위한 플랫폼으로서 SNS에 대한 가치를 확인할 수 있었다.
