The purpose of this study was to derive an improvement plan for SME training according to industrial and technological changes in Banwol-Sihwa Industrial Complex. To achieve the research purpose, first, industrial complex-related policies and the direction of change of SMEs were considered, second, the current status and characteristics of Banwol Sihwa Industrial Complex were analyzed, and third, education and training levels and demands according to industrial and technological changes were analyzed. did. Based on this, fourth, improvement directions for SME training and related tasks were derived. Literature study, case analysis, expert advice, etc. were used as research methods for conducting the research. Based on the results of analysis of the status and support policies of Banwolsihwa Industrial Complex, education and training levels and demands, first, the operation of a training center centered on the industrial ecosystem and the development of a smart green standard curriculum, second, the level and demand for responding to changes in the industrial structure Implementation of customized education for each company considering technology, and third, operation of education and training projects to enhance digital/low carbon conversion acceptance were suggested as a plan.

이 연구의 목적은 반월․시화산업단지의 산업 및 기술 변화에 따른 중소기업 훈련 개선방안을 도출하는 데 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 첫째, 산업단지 관련 정책과 중소기업의 변화 방향을 고찰하고, 둘째, 반월시화산업단지의 현황 및 특성을 분석하였으며, 셋째, 산업 및 기술 변화에 따른 교육훈련 수준 과 요구를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 넷째, 중소기업 훈련 개선 방향과 그에 따른 추진 과제를 도출하였 다. 연구수행을 위한 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 사례분석, 전문가 자문 등을 활용하였다. 반월ㆍ시화 산업 단지 현황 및 지원정책, 교육훈련 수준 및 요구 분석 결과를 토대로 중소기업의 훈련 개선방안으로 첫째, 산업생태계 중심의 훈련센터 운영 및 스마트그린 표준교육과정 개발, 둘째, 산업구조 변화 대응 수준과 요구기술을 고려한 기업별 맞춤형 교육 실시, 셋째, 디지털/저탄소 전환 수용성 강화 교육훈련사업 운영 을 방안으로 제시하였다.
