This study aims to explore the relationship between motivation for participation in the university mileage system, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and intention to continue participation. Online survey data collected from 258 students in a 4-year private university in the Chungcheong area was examined by using multiple regression analysis. The major findings showed that motivation, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness had positive impact on student satisfaction with the mileage system. Second, perceived ease of use had positive impact on intention to continue participation in the mileage system, while motivation and perceived usefulness had no statistical impact on the intention to continue participation. Third, student perceived ease of use had a partial mediating effect on the intention to continue participation through satisfaction with mileage system. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to determine the direction for the establishment of the next-generation extra-curricular system for higher education.

본 연구는 대학에서 비교과 교육과정 연계한 마일리지 장학 제도를 이용하는 학생의 참여동기, 지각된유 용성, 지각된용이성, 참여자만족, 지속참여의향 간 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충청북도 소재 4년제 사립대학의 마일리지 장학 제도를 이용하는 학생 258명을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 시 행하였으며, 다중회기분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 참여동기, 지각된유용성, 지각된용이성은 참여자만족에 유 의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된용이성은 지속참여의향에 정적인 효과를 보였으며, 참여동기, 지각된유용성은 지속참여의향에 유의미한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 지각된 용이성과 지속참여의향 간의 관 계에서 참여자만족이 유의미한 부분매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 차세대의 고등교육 비교과 교육과정 시스템 정립을 위한 방향을 결정하는 데 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.
