This study was to investigate the direction of education in universities and investment in virtual currency that recently aroused interest in college students. The research method was a quantitative study and was conducted through a Google questionnaire. The survey period was conducted from May to June 2022. The results of this study are as follows. This study aims to find out how college students perceive virtual currency that has recently spread socially. It is a reality that college students have to prepare for the future, but for this purpose, it was intended to find out how they perceive virtual currency and to recognize the direction of education. As a conclusion of this study, I would like to suggest as follows. First, in terms of information on virtual currency, college students still do not have much interest in virtual currency, and it appears that they are faithful to their studies in reality. Second, in the perception of virtual currency, the ratio of investment is not high, and the impact on education is small. Third, in terms of the perception of the use of virtual currency, it can be seen that both men and women are similar in the ability to use it, but the ability to use it is higher in women. Fourth, looking at the economic aspect of virtual currency, it can be seen that the reason for investing in virtual currency is high risk, but the reason that high return can be obtained is the highest. Fifth, when looking at the perception of the future of virtual currency, the trend of recognizing it as gambling is still in the mainstream due to the high fluctuations of virtual currency, and there is a high tendency to perceive that it will be used in a specific field rather than function as money in the future.

이 연구는 최근에 대학생에게 관심을 불러일으키는 가상화폐에 대한 투자와 대학에서의 교육의 방향을 알 아보기 위한 것이었다. 연구방법은 양적연구로서 구글 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 설문조사의 시기는 2022년 5월 -6월에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 이 연구는 최근에 사회적으로 확산된 가상화폐에 대 해 대학생들은 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 대학생들은 미래를 준비해야 하는 것이 현실 이지만, 이를 위해 가상화폐에 대해서는 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보고 교육이 나아갈 방향을 인식하고 자 함이었다. 이 연구의 결론으로 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 아직 대학생들은 가상화폐에 대한 정보 측면에서 보면, 가상화폐에 대해 큰 관심을 갖지 않고 있으며, 현실에서 학업에 충실하고 있는 것으로 나타난 다. 둘째, 가상화폐에 대한 인식에서 보면, 투자의 비율은 높지 않으며, 학업에 미치는 영향도 적게 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 가상화폐 활용에 대한 인식에서 보면, 사용능력에서는 남녀 보두 비슷하다고 볼 수 있으나 활용능 력에서는 여자가 더 높게 나타나고 있다. 넷째, 가상화폐에 대한 경제적 측면을 보면, 가상화폐에 대한 투자이 유는 고위험이지만 고수익을 얻을 수 있다는 이유가 가장 높다는 것을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 가상화폐의 미래에 대한 인식을 보면, 아직은 가상화폐의 등락폭이 심하여 도박이라고 인식하는 경향이 주류로 자리 잡고 있으며, 미래에 화폐로서의 기능보다는 특정 분야에서 사용되다가 끝날 것으로 인식하는 경향이 높았다.
