The medical case of Qin Ke Qing is a typical medical case in Hong Lou Meng, the Story of the Stone. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) terms are characterized by conciseness, abstractness and reference, which are difficult points in translation. From the perspective of Interpretative Theory, this paper analysed the differences between An Yi Yun’s North Korean version and Choi Yong Chul’s South Korean version in the translation of TCM term at four stages. Also, this paper tried to explore the subjective and objective reasons for the differences in the translation of TCM terms between two versions from the aspects of trust building, text understanding, information transmission and information balance.

『홍루몽』의 전형적인 의안(醫案）- 의학과 관련된 내용 - 으로써 진가경 (秦可卿) 의안에 관한 중의학 용어(中醫用語)는 세련되고 추상적인 특성을 갖추 고 있어 번역하기 어려운 부분이다. 해석학의 관점에서 본고는 안의운(安義運)의 조선어 번역본과 최용철(崔溶澈)의 한국어 번역본을 대상으로 각 단계에 나오는 번역 양상 및 차이점을 명시적으로 분석한다. 동시에 번역자가 보여주는 신뢰 구축, 원본 해독, 정보 전달, 정보 균형 등의 측면에 중점을 두고 필자는 조 · 한 번역 판본의 차이점에 대한 주관적이고 객관적인 이유도 탐구한다.
