This thesis analyzed the aspect of activities and development of Korean residents in Japan for the formation of diaspora network through a magazine 『Sanzenri』. The society of Korean residents in Japan of the 1970s paid much attention to overseas Koreans. The magazine 『Sanzenri』 included total 81 cases of overseas articles, and total 27 articles of them handled Korean diaspora. The articles about Korean diaspora in 『Sanzenrii』 focused on the Soviet Union, China, and the United States, and mainly discussed the immigration affairs such as history, current status, and ethnicity of diaspora. The diaspora network is connected to diaspora of people residing in Japan such as Chinese residents in Japan beyond Korean people. They compared the characteristics of each diaspora in the process of exchange, cooperated with the solidarity in Japan, and discussed the measures for establishing network. In this process, the roles of diaspora were evaluated by evaluating that the minorities’ activities in Japan accelerated the institutional improvement of Japan and its development into a state equipped with the international system. Moreover, the diaspora-related articles of 『Sanzenri』 are used for database creation and data management. This study could generally verify the actual influence of diaspora through the activities of Korean diaspora, and the convergent utilization of diaspora network.

본 논문은 디아스포라 네트워크를 형성을 위한 재일코리안의 활동과 전개 양상 을 잡지 『삼천리』를 통해 분석하였다. 1970년대 재일코리안 사회에서는 해외에 거 주하는 우리 동포에 많은 관심을 나타냈다. 『삼천리』의 경우 총81건의 해외 관련 기사를 수록했으며, 그 중 27건의 기사에서 코리안 디아스포라를 다루었다. 『삼천리』의 코리안 디아스포라 기사는 소련, 중국, 미국 지역에 집중되었으며 디아스포라의 역사, 현황, 민족성 등 이민사 중심의 논의를 전개했다. 디아스포라 네트워크는 우리 민족을 넘어 재일중국인 등 일본에 거주하는 디아 스포라와 연결된다. 이들은 교류 과정에서 각 디아스포라의 특징을 비교하고 일본 내 연대와 협력, 네트워크 구축 방안을 논의했다. 이 과정에서 일본 내 소수민족의 활동이 일본의 제도개선과 국제제도를 갖춘 국가로의 이행을 촉진했다고 평가하 며 디아스포라의 역할을 평가했다. 나아가 『삼천리』의 디아스포라 관련 기사들은 데이터베이스의 구축과 자료 관리에 활용된다. 코리안 디아스포라의 활동을 통해 디아스포라의 실제적 영향력과 디아스포라 네트워크의 융･복합적 활용을 총체적으로 확인할 수 있다.
