This study aimed to identify the effect of perceived health status, health promotion behavior, and medical facilities selection on revisit intention regarding North Korean refugees in South Korea. The participants in this study were 125 North Korean refugees in B cities. Data were collected from July 1, 2018, to November 30, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The degree of revisit intention regarding North Korean refugees was 5.2±1.50. The regression analysis showed that significant factors influencing revisit intention were health promotion behavior and medical facilities selection. These variables explained 47.6% of the variance in revisit intention. The result of this study identified that nursing intervention programs enhancing health-promoting behavior need to be developed for North Korean refugees in South Korea.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 지각된 건강상태, 건강증진행위, 병원선택의향이 의료에 대한 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 북한이탈주민의 건강증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공하 고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B시에 거주하는 북한이탈주민 125명을 대상으로 2018년 7월 1일부 터 11월 30일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression으 로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로는 건강증진행위, 병 원선택의향의 병원평판으로 나타났고, 설명력은 47.6%이었다(F=10.32, p<.001). 즉 건강증진행위가 높을수록, 병원선택의향의 병원평판이 좋을수록 의료에 대한 재이용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 북한이탈주민의 의료에 대한 재이용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인함으로써 향후 북한이탈주민의 건강증진을 위한 프로그램 개발과 적용의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
