The purposes of this study was to examine the effects of sincerity and empathy on the communication ability of nursing students who experienced non-face-to-face classes. The data was collected by questionnaires from 127 sophomores who attended non-face-to-face classes for one year as nursing students at two universities in G city. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The result of the study, the average score of communication ability was 3.14. The higher the sincerity(β=.29, p<.001), the higher the major satisfaction of the non-face-to-face class(β=.16, p=.017), academic performance(β=.17, p=.022), cyber interaction, and interpersonal relationship were higher(β=.14, p=.037), and the explanation power was 43.5%(F=18.51, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a systematic program that can promote communication ability and sincerity of nursing students who have experienced non-face-to-face classes interactions and interpersonal relationships in cyberspace.

본 연구의 목적은 비대면 수업을 경험한 간호대학생의 진솔성과 공감이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영 향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 G시에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 학생으로 1년 동안 비대 면 수업을 경험한 2학년 127명을 대상으로 의사소통 능력 관련 변인을 측정하기 위한 서술적 연구를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 2022년 3월 1일부터 3월 20일까지로 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그 램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 의사소통능력은 평균 3.14점으로 진솔성이 높을수록(β=.29, p<.001), 비대면 수업의 전공만족도(β=.16, p=.017), 학업성적(β=.17, p=.022), 사이버 상 상호작용 및 대인관계(β=.14, p=.037)가 좋을수록 높았으며(F=18.51, p<.001), 설명력은 43.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 사이버상공간에서 비대면 수업 상호작용과 대인관계를 경험한 간호대학생 의 의사소통 능력과 진실성을 함양할 수 있는 체계적인 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
