This study empirically identified how technological innovation competence of Ppuri industry corporations and technological commercialization competence affect management performance. Studies have shown that the ability to accumulate, innovate, commercialize, market and producing ability are statistically significant to non-financial performance, and that higher variables also have a high impact on non-financial performance. It has been analyzed that R&D competence, innovation systems, producing ability and marketing competence have statistically significant effects on financial performance. High variables have been found to be highly influenced by financial performance. Multiple regression analyses of non-financial performance have identified marketing competence as the most influential factor in non-financial performance, and in financial performance, producing ability as the most influential variable in dependency.

본 연구는 전국 뿌리산업 기업의 기술혁신 역량과 기술사업화역량이 경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치게 되는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 기술혁신역량 변수에는 연구개발 능력, 기술혁신 체제, 기술축적 능력과 기술사업화역량 변수에는 제품화 능력, 생산화 능력, 마케팅 능력의 변수를 사용하여 분석하였고, 종속변수는 비재무적 성과와 재무적 성과를 사용하였다. 연구 분석결과, 기술축적 능력, 기술혁신 체제, 제품화 능력, 마케팅 능력, 생산화 능력이 비재무적 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었고, 이들 변수가 높으 면 비재무적 성과도 높게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구개발 능력, 기술혁신 체제, 제품화 능력, 마케팅 능력이 재무적 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으 로 분석되었다. 이들 변수가 높으면 재무적 성과가 높게 영향을 받는 것으로 조사되었다. 비재무적 성과에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과 마케팅 능력이 비재무적 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로, 재무적 성과에서는 제품화 능력이 종속변수에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다.
