With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related technologies, AI-based products, and services gradually increase. However, consumer attitudes and needs for AI-based products are still in their infancy. This study aims to examine the relationship of factors affecting AI Service acceptance attitude for college students who are potential users. The effects on AI Service acceptance attitude were investigated based on individual characteristics such as self-efficacy, user experience, and perceived usefulness. The mediating effects of innovation and security were also verified. The findings revealed that college students' self-efficacy positively affected innovativeness but not security. Perceived usefulness had a positive effect on security and innovativeness. User experience and perceived usefulness were found to affect AI Service acceptance positively. It was confirmed that security partially mediated between personal characteristics and AI Service acceptance attitude, and innovativeness showed all mediating effects. This study highlighted that individual characteristics such as user experience, perceived usefulness, security, and innovativeness were significant factors that positively affect AI Service acceptance attitude.

최근 인공지능(AI) 관련 기술들의 비약적인 발전으로 AI 기반 제품 및 서비스가 점차 증가하 고 있다. 그러나 AI 기반 제품에 대한 소비자의 태도와 니즈는 아직도 초기 단계라 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 잠재적 사용자인 대학생들을 대상으로 AI 서비스 수용태도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 개인특성인 자기효능감, 사용경험, 지각된 유용성이 AI 서비스 수용태도에 미치는 영향과 혁신성, 보안성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 자기효능 감은 혁신성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 보안성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 지각 된 유용성은 보안성과 혁신성에 긍정적인 영향이 확인되었다. 사용경험과 지각된 유용성은 AI 서비스 수용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성과 AI 서비스 수용태 도 간에 보안성은 부분적인 매개효과가 나타났고, 혁신성은 매개효과가 모두 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 본 연구의 결과로 개인특성인 사용경험과 지각된 유용성, 보안성과 혁신성은 AI 서비스 수용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다.
