This study intends to contribute to the successful achievement of digital transformation of agricultural management by analyzing the behavioral intention and use behavior of the AgriON. The study was conducted based on the responses of 157 farmers. The effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on farmers' behavioral intention and use behavior were empirically analyzed using the UTAUT and the moderating effect of educational experience was analyzed. As a result, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions all had a positive effect on the behavioral intention of agriON and the facilitating conditions had a positive effect on the use behavior. Also, it shows that agriON behavioral intention had a positive effect on use behavior. Additionally this study discovered that educational experience significantly moderated the effects of social influence on behavioral intention.

본 연구는 점차 디지털화되는 농업분야의 변화에 따라 농업ON의 수용의도와 이용행동을 분석함으로써 농업경영의 디지털 전환을 성공적으로 달성하는데 기여하고자 한다. 농업인 대상으로 한 157부의 응답을 토대로 연구를 진행하였다. 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)을 활용하여 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향, 촉진조건이 농업인의 수용의도와 이용행동에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였으며, 농업경영과 관련한 교육경험의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향, 촉진조건 모두 농업ON 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 촉진조건은 이용행동에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 농업ON 수용의도는 실제 이용 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 교육경험의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 사회적영향이 수용의도 에 미치는 영향관계에서만 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 농업인의 수용의도와 이용행 동을 향상시키기 위해서 촉진조건을 향상하기 위한 디지털화 교육은 물론 농업ON을 활용함으로써 얻게 되는 성 과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다.
