Smart Classroom is regarded as one of the essential modes of education that provide a supportive learning environment for students by equipping them with advanced multi-functional and mobile technologies. This study aims to examine the determining factors affecting Vietnamese students' acceptance and intentions to participate in Smart Classroom Environments. The study's findings can assist educators, scholars, relevant authorities, and policymakers in promoting sustainable growth and considering the adoption of Smart classrooms in Vietnamese schools. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A theoretical model was proposed to study the effect of the following factors: Enjoyment, personal innovation, self-efficacy, interactivity, content quality, and instructor characteristics. The study hypotheses were examined using a mixed-method that comprised an online questionnaire and interview with a sample of students who have known or are participating in a smart classroom program. The study results provided support for relationships between the TAM Model constructs via two methods, where Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was conducted to analyze the quantitative data and qualitative that was collected. Results indicated that enjoyment, personal innovativeness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and interactivity were considered to be critical factors in explaining Vietnamese student's attitudes toward Smart Classroom and participation intention.
