초록
영어
The purpose of this study is to identify and promote the need and purpose of the health and health management system in order to properly investigate the relationship between the enterprise situation and the management system with regard to the accreditation of the health and safety management system. OHSAS 18001, a professional health and safety management system commonly adopted in Korea, is a PDCA model, such as a quality and environmental management system. These standards are highly compatible with other management systems, allowing them to operate with individual or integrated certifications. Of the 30 workplaces certified as a vocational health and safety management system (OHSAS 18001, KOSHA 18001) by Gyeonggi Province and Incheon, 92 percent of them were large workplaces with more than 500 employees. When asked about the need for a system, most respondents said it was very necessary. The purpose of this certification was to control the risks of safety and health, to voluntarily comply with internal rules and standards of the management system through accident prevention and continuous improvement. Most accident prevention was the answer to the effect of the system. The lowest rate of compensation for workers was the most responsive to the answers to questions related to the system's revitalization.
