The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a mental simulation practice program using standardized patients for nursing students and to verify the effectiveness. This study is a single-group pre- and post-design study, and a structured questionnaire was provided to 186 nursing students at a university in J for data collection. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. As a result of the study, the mental simulation practice education program using standardized patients showed the subjects’ communication ability (ｔ=-2.575, ｐ=001), learner self-efficacy (ｔ=-2.228, ｐ=.026) and problem-solving ability (ｔ=-2.298, ｐ =.017) was found to be effective. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a simulation practice education program that creates an environment similar to the actual situation and applies various cases using the necessary resources to improve the field adaptation ability of nursing students.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 표준화 환자를 활용한 정신시뮬레이션 실습프로그램을 개발 및 적용 하여 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도 되었다. 본 연구는 단일군 사전·사후설계 연구이며 자료수집은 J소재 일개 대학 간 호학과 학생 186명에게 구조화된 설문지를 제공하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 program을 활용하여 분석하 였다. 연구 결과 표준화 환자를 활용한 정신 시뮬레이션 실습 교육 프로그램은 대상자의 의사소통능력(ｔ=-2.575, ｐ =001), 학습자기효능감(ｔ=-2.228, ｐ=.026)과 문제해결능력(ｔ=-2.298, ｐ=.017)을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 현장 적응 능력을 향상하기 위해 실제 상황과 유사한 환경을 조성하고 필요한 자원을 활용한 다양한 사례를 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육프로그램을 개발 및 적용할 필요가 있다.
