Wang Yi's interpretations, which have kept their mainstream position in the history of Takyeongga interpretations, must have been a wonderful reference for later generations of literary figures to promote their understanding of the work, but they were not the only option for them. Some accepted his interpretations and tried to resolve the points of contradiction created in their application, and others refused his interpretations and re-interpreted the work from a completely different perspective. These processes led to more interpretative options than expected. In addition, there were the interpretations of Takyeongga in Mencius, another classical source containing the work. When they are put together, the number of cases that should be taken into consideration will grow even more complicated when later generations attempt to borrow its motif and interpret it. This study tested this with Gosijo texts containing the Takyeong motif and found that these works provided fairy diverse interpretations of Takyeongga even though it was difficult to generalize them due to their limited number. In particular, there were more works that could not be understood smoothly when Wang Yi's interpretations were applied than the works that could be understood smoothly. These findings suggest that the authors of the works refused to succumb to the mainstream interpretations of Takyeongga and were active to have the concerned phrases to themselves according to their own situations and conditions.

<탁영가>에 대한 해석의 역사에서 주류적 위치를 차지해 온 왕일의 해석은 후대의 문인들이 <탁영가>를 이해하는 훌륭한 참조사례였을 터이나, 그렇다고 해서 그것이 유일무이한 선택지는 아니었다. 어떤 이는 왕일의 해석을 수용한 상태에서 그것을 적용했을 때 발생하는 모순의 지점들을 해소하려고도 했고, 또 어떤 이는 왕일의 해석을 거부한 채 전혀 다른 관점에서 이 작품을 재해석하기도 했다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 제출된 해석적 선택지는 생각보다 많았던바, 여기에다 <탁영가>를 담고 있는 또 다른 고전적 원천인 『맹자』 속 <탁영가>의 해석을 더해야 하니, 이렇게 되면 탁영 모티프를 차용한 후대의 작품들을 해석하고자 할 때 우리가 고려해야 하는 경우의 수는 훨씬 더 복잡해지게 된다. 본고에서는 이를 탁영 모티프를 담고 있는 고시조 텍스트를 대상으로 검증해 보았는데, 대상 작품의 수가 미미해서 일반화하긴 어렵지만 해당 작품들이 취하고 있는 <탁영가>의 해석은 제법 다양했으며, 특히 왕일의 해석을 적용했을 때 매끄럽게 이해될 수 있는 작품보다 그렇지 않은 작품들이 더 많았다. 이는 곧 해당 작품의 작가들 역시 <탁영가>에 대한 주류적 해석의 권위에 굴복하지 않고, 자신이 처한 상황과 조건에 맞게 해당 구절을 적극적으로 전유했음을 의미한다.
