This article was written to formally report to the academic world the 13 sijo works included in the Gyojaejip, Yoon Je and his son Yun Jeong-woo’s manuscript. These families are little known in academic world. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed in detail the editions and contents of the Gyojaejip, the only collection of literature for Yoon Je and his son Yoon Jeong-woo, and based on it, we reviewed the biographical facts of the their life and Sijo works, using Huh Mok's Yeokhakjunsu as a clue. Yoon Je and his son Yoon Jeong-woo were representative students of Jeong Gae-cheong, who constituted the Honam academic system in the early to mid 16th century. And their Chinese poetry and the sijo were closely related to Neo-Confucianism. Specifically, Yoon je created the 5 sijo works with the theme of Simseong, and his son Yoon Jeong-woo created the 8 sijo works with the theme of Taegeuk. Their literary value is fully recognized in that they show a different trend from the sijo works of the Honam region known so far. It is hoped that the discussion in this paper will be of some help to the study of the academic world and sijo works of the Yoon Je and his son Yoon Jeong-woo, as well as the 16th and 7th century Honam academic circle, including their teacher Jeong Gae-cheong.

이 논문은 윤제⋅윤정우 부자와 그들의 문집 『교재집』에 수록된 13수 의 시조를 학계에 정식으로 보고하기 위하여 작성되었다. 이들 부자가 학계에 거의 알려지지 않았다는 점을 고려하여 이 논문에서는 이들 부 자의 유일한 문집인 『교재집』의 판본과 편차를 자세히 분석하고, 허목 의 ｢역학전수｣를 실마리 삼아 이들 부자의 전기적 사실과 시조 작품의 성격을 검토했다. 그 결과, 윤제⋅윤정우 부자는 16세기 초중반 호남 학 맥을 구성하는 정개청의 대표적인 제자였으며 그들이 남긴 한시와 시조 모두 그들의 학문 세계와 밀접히 연관되어 있음을 확인했다. 특히 이들 부자의 시조는 심성이나 태극과 같은 성리학의 핵심 개념을 제재로 하 고 있었다. 구체적으로 아버지 윤제는 심성을 제재로 5수의 시조를, 그 의 아들 윤정우는 태극과 역학을 제재로 8수의 시조를 창작했다. 그동안 호남에서는 도학을 하면서 시조를 짓는 기풍이 조성되지 않았다고 설명 되었다. 그런데 이들 부자의 시조는 기존에 알려진 호남 지역의 시가 문 학과는 다른 도학 시조의 면모를 보이고 있다는 점에서 주목을 요한다. 이 논문을 통해 윤제⋅윤정우 부자의 학문 세계와 시조 작품, 이들 부자 의 스승 정개청을 비롯한 16⋅7세기 호남 학맥을 연구하는 데 조금이라 도 보탬이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
