The principles of business management and state management are basically the same, and leaders have to use internal and external resources to maximize their interests. A company is a smaller version of a country, and the leader of the company is the equivalent of the head of state. The leader's ability to maximize the utilization of internal resources depends on the leader's ability. Confucianism is a means for Chinese monarchs to govern the country. Dong Zhongshu of the Han Dynasty put forward the idea of "politics virtue", and Confucius, the founder of Confucianism, and Mencius, the successor of Confucianism, also studied and developed the idea of "politics virtue".
