[Purpose] This study intended to develop questions to measure the degree of golf instructor trust perceived by domestic amateur golfers. [Method] The subject of the study was set as the population of amateur golfers nationwide, and a total of 480 data were collected using the convenient sampling method. For data processing, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. [Result] As for the final items that secured various validities, four factors and 23 items were finally extracted as professionalism (9 items), sincerity (5 items), pro-sociality (5 items), and morality (4 items). [Conclusion] The finally derived Golf Instructor Trust Quotient (GITQ) questions are deemed to have significance in presenting clear standards for excellent and reliable golf instructors to golf participants, who have been rapidly increasing in recent years.

[목적] 이 연구는 국내 아마추어 골퍼가 인지하는 골프지도자신뢰 정도를 측정하기 위한 문항 개발을 목적으로 실시 되었다. [방법] 연구대상은 전국의 아마추어골퍼를 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 총 480명 의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 기술통계, 탐색적요인분석, 확인적요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 위와 같은 방법을 통해 골프지도자 신뢰 척도(GITQ)의 집중타당성, 판별타당성, 수렴타당성을 확보할 수 있었다. 최 종 문항은 전문성(9문항), 성실성(5문항), 친사회성(5문항), 도덕성(4문항)으로 4요인, 23문항이 최종 추출되었다. [결 론] 최종 산출된 골프지도자 신뢰 척도(GITQ) 문항은 최근 급증하고 있는 골프참여자들에게 우수하고 신뢰감 있는 골프지도자에 관한 명확한 기준을 제시하는데 그 의미가 있을 것이다.
