The purpose of this study is to utilize data from the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) conducted annually by the Korea Employment Information Service. Regarding the cost of finding a first job for young people under the age of 30 who have graduated from university The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect on the relationship with job satisfaction. The panel data used for the analysis were collected from 2016～2018 data and only those under the age of 30 were included as of the survey date. Young people responded to the survey saying that they spent an average of 60 million won for job search activities. As for personal characteristics, household income, asset size, military service(male), credits, leave of absence, graduation probation and work experience had a significant effect on job search activities. On the other hand, parents' educational background, college and graduate school did not have any effect. For job search preparation activities, qualifications and job search activities had an effect, and other language training, English test, foreign language test, education and training, club activities, major knowledge, and double major did not have an effect. In the first job satisfaction survey, employment stability, HR system, and social reputation of work had a significant effect. Salary satisfaction, working environment, working hours, development potential, human relations, welfare benefits, freedom, job social reputation, aptitude and interest, and education and training had no effect. Among the survey respondents, some college graduates spent more than 100 million won on job search, while others spent less than 1 million won. The policy department in charge of youth employment is expected to promote policies that allow young people with a passion for work to have a job they want and design a bright future, although financially insufficient.

본 연구의 목적은 한국고용정보원에서 매년 조사를 실시하는 대졸자이동경로조사(GOMS) 자료를 활 용하여 대학을 졸업한 30세 이하 청년층의 첫 직장을 구하기 위하여 소요된 비용에 대하여 대학 전공 계열, 대학소재지, 대학 설립유형, 대학 학제유형, 성별에 따른 영향력과 대졸자의 개인적인 특성, 구직 준비 활동 사항, 첫 직장에서의 만족도와의 관계에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 분석에 사 용된 패널데이터는 2016~2018년간의 자료를 병합하여 조사일 기준으로 30세 이하만을 대상으로 하였 다. 청년들은 구직활동을 위해 평균 6천만원 정도를 사용하였다고 설문에 응답하였다. 개인 특성은 가 구 소득, 자산 규모, 군 복무(남성), 학점, 휴학, 졸업 유예, 일자리 경험이 구직을 위한 활동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 반면, 부모의 학력, 대학 및 대학원 진학은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 구직준비 활동은 자 격증과 구직을 위한 활동이 영향을 미쳤으며 그 외 어학연수, 영어시험, 외국어시험, 교육훈련, 동아리 활동, 전공지식, 복수전공은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 첫 직장에 대한 만족도 조사에서 고용 안정성, 인사 체계, 업무의 사회적 평판은 유의한 영향을 미치고 있지만, 급여 만족도, 근무환경, 근로시간, 발전 가 능성, 인간관계, 복리후생, 자유성, 일자리 사회적 평판, 적성과 흥미, 교육훈련은 영향을 미치지 않았 다. 설문 응답자 중 구직비용을 1억원 이상 사용한 대졸자도 있으며 반면에 1백만원 이하를 사용한 대 졸자도 있었다. 청년 취업을 담당하는 정책부서는 금전적으로 부족하지만 일에 대한 열정이 있는 청년 들이 원하는 직업을 가지고 밝은 미래를 설계할 수 정책을 추진하였으면 한다.
