The purpose of this study is to identify nursing professional intuition and occupational values of nursing college student to identify the factors that influence their job preparation behavior. The data collection of this study was conducted from October 25 to October 29, 2021, and the study subjects were collected using a self-filled questionnaire from 213 nursing students in the 4th grade of one college in J City, K Do. The SPSS Win 22.0 program was based on a frequency analysis of general characteristics, a nursing professional intuition of nursing college students, occupational values and a confidence analysis, factor analysis, and pearson's correlation of job preparation behaviors. Looking at the results of the study derived, hypothesis1 was adopted because it was statistically significant level(α) 0.05 after examining the relationship between nursing professional intuition(β=0.202) on job preparation behavior. After examining the relationship between occupational values(β=0.553)on job preparation behavior, hypothesis2 was adopted because it is statistically significant level(α) 0.01. First, as a result of examining the relationship between nursing professionalism and job readiness behavior, it was found that nursing professionalism had an effect on job preparation behavior. Nursing professionalism was found to have the greatest influence on job preparation behavior, followed by professional self-concept, followed by nursing practice, independence of nursing, professionalism of nursing, and social perception. Second, as a result of examining the relationship between job values and job preparation behavior, it was found to have an influence. As a result of examining the relationship between occupational values and job readiness behavior, it was found that the intrinsic values of achievement, ability, and aptitude and interest had a greater effect on job preparation behavior than extrinsic values of salary, economic stability, honor or status, and working environment. The academic implication of this study is to provide basic data for the development of a job preparation program to improve the professional self-concept and intrinsic vocational values in order to actively perform job preparation behaviors of nursing students. The practical implication is that factors affecting nursing professionalism and professional values were examined at a time when the role of nurses socially increases due to COVID-19 for graduate-grade nursing students who have experienced the era of COVID-19, which is difficult to find in previous studies. You can check what it is and reflect it in the area of integrated nursing activity. Based on the results, it can be seen that the improvement of nursing professional intuition and occupational values of nursing college students has a positive effect on their job preparation behavior, so it is necessary to develop career guidance and program development for successful employment that can establish customized employment strategies and reduce the rate of early turnover.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 직업가치관을 파악하고, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영 향 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 자료는 2021년 10월 25일부터 10월 29일까지 K도 J시에 소 재한 일개 대학 4학년에 재학 중인 213명의 간호대학생으로 부터 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 수집 하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS Win 22.0 program으로 일반특성은 빈도분석, 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 취 업가치관 및 취업준비행동은 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석 및 pearson’s correlation을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 간호전문직관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴본 결과 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호전문직관과 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 간호전문직관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴본 결과 간호전문직관이 취업준비행 동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호전문직관은 취업준비행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 전 문직 자아개념이었고, 그 다음으로 간호실무역할, 간호의 독자성, 간호의 전문성, 사회적 인식 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴본 결과 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴본 결과 성취감, 능력발휘 및 적성과 흥미의 내재적 가치가 급여, 경제적 안정, 명예나 지위 및 근로환경의 외재적 가치보다 취업준비행동에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 간호대학생의 취업준비행동을 활발하게 수행하기 위하여 전문직 자아개 념과 내재적 직업가치관을 향상시키기 위한 취업 준비 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 제공하였고, 실무적 시사점은 기존의 연구에서 찾아보기 어려운 코로나-19 시대를 경험한 졸업학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 코로나-19로 간호사의 역할이 사회적으로 증대되는 시기에 간호전문직관과 직업적 가치관에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 확인하여 통합적 간호 활동 영역에 반영할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 취업가치관의 향상은 취업 준비 행동에 긍정적 인 영향을 미친다고 볼수 있기에 맞춤형 취업전략을 수립하고 조기 이직률을 낮출 수 있는 성공적인 취업을 위한 진로지도 방안과 프로그램을 개발해야 한다.
