With the spread of the novel Corona 19 (COVID-19) virus, all areas of human life, such as economy, finance, agriculture, trade, and education, have begun to change in an untact form as society faces new changes. According to these changes of the times, it has changed into an untact society where non-face-to-face contact is common, expanding to new standards. Such changes also affect the educational environment, and university education, generally conducted through face-to-face education, is changing into an untact educational climate. In Korea, according to the policy of the Ministry of Education, the standard for remote classes in general universities was limited to 20% of the total number of subjects offered. However, an opportunity arose to improve the quality of untact educational services by making a temporary exception due to the continuation of COVID-19. As such, as the educational environment, which used to be conducted face-to-face in the classroom, is shifted to an online virtual space due to COVID-19, distance education is expected to become a necessity rather than an option. In particular, in the case of aviation service-related departments, where classes are mainly conducted through practical training, teachers, learners, learning system development and operators, etc. are experiencing confusion in the changed educational environment and learning method while introducing all-around untact education. This phenomenon can be attributed to the fact that, due to the rapid change in the educational environment, the characteristics of subjects with a high rate of practice and weakness in preparation for the operation technology of the aviation service curriculum were not sufficiently reflected. Although the aviation service-related department, where practical training is conducted, has characteristics that distinguish it from other departments, research on measures to enhance the quality of major education is insufficient. Accordingly, this study investigated the relationship between the detailed factors in the learner's aspect by examining the effect of untact educational service quality on major satisfaction, job preparation behavior, and career maturity. As a result, it was observed to affect major satisfaction, job preparation behavior, and career maturity.

신종 코로나19(COVID-19) 바이러스 확산으로 사회 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 변화를 맞이하게 되면서 경 제ㆍ금융ㆍ농업ㆍ무역ㆍ교육 등 인류의 삶 전 영역이 비대면의 형태로 변화하기 시작하였다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 따라 새로운 기준으로 확대되면서 비대면 접촉이 일반화되는 언택트 사회로 변화되었 다. 이와 같은 변화는 교육환경에도 영향을 미쳐 일반적으로 대면 교육으로 진행되던 대학교육이 비대 면 교육환경으로 변화되어지고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 교육부 정책에 의하여 일반대학의 원격수업 운영기준을 총 개설과목의 20%로 제 한하고 있었지만, 코로나19의 지속으로 한시적으로 예외를 두게 되면서 비대면 교육서비스의 품질을 높일 수 있는 기회를 맞이하게 되었다. 이처럼 코로나19로 인하여 강의실에서 대면 중심으로 이루어지 던 교육환경이 온라인이라는 가상공간으로 이동하면서 교육의 패러다임이 비대면 중심으로 변화되는 등 원격교육이 선택이 아닌 필수가 될 것으로 전망된다. 특히 실습 위주의 수업이 이루어지는 항공서비스 관련 학과의 경우 비대면 교육을 전면적으로 도입 하는 과정에서 교수자ㆍ학습자ㆍ학습시스템 개발 및 운영자 등의 관련자들이 변화된 교육환경과 학습 방식에 혼란을 경험하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 현상은 급격한 교육환경의 변화로 항공서비스 교육 과정 운영이 가능한 기술에 대한 준비성과 실습비율이 높은 교과목의 특성이 충분히 반영되지 못하였 기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 때문에 대학 교육기관은 비대면 교육이 가지는 다양한 의미를 전통적인 대면 교육의 가치를 통해 성찰하여 개선시켜 나가야 한다. 이처럼 실습 위주의 교육이 진행되는 항공서비스 관련 학과의 경우 일반 학과와 구별되는 특징을 가 지고 있음에도 불구하고 전공 교육의 질적 강화를 위한 방안에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이라 사료된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비대면 교육서비스품질이 전공만족 및 취업준비행동, 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 학습자 개인적 측면에서의 세부적인 요인들과의 관계를 규명하는 연구를 진행한 결과, 비대면 교육서비스품질이 전공만족 및 취업준비행동, 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
