In relation to various environmental changes, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is pointed out as a problem that lowers the work efficiency of scientific investigators, reduces organizational commitment, and reduces job satisfaction in the special characteristics and environment of the police organization. And as scientific officers suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), it affects not only the scientific investigator's personal psychological problems, but also his family. Even in forensic work, work efficiency may decrease, such as collecting physical evidence to identify criminals. The purpose of this study is to make policy recommendations for systematic PTSD management and treatment by analyzing the current PTSD conditions of scientific investigators. For an empirical study, a survey was conducted on 504 scientific officers nationwide who could experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) while conducting scientific work. And the results were derived by performing crosstabs analysis and chi-square test between scientific investigators' post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) experience and demographic factors. The policy recommendations of this study are as follows. First, A guarantee at the level of the police organization. It is required to prepare a plan for early diagnosis and continuous management of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is necessary to secure and expand mental health support for scientific investigators and police officers at the organizational level. Second, The systematic manpower management of the police organization. Various efforts are required to lower the level of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by police officers including scientific officers. The manpower should be increased so that scientific investigators who have experienced post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can adequately provide appropriate counseling and treatment. Third, The activation of active treatment intervention. It is necessary to develop and operate various mental health programs that can reflect the characteristics and desires of scientific officers or police officers in other departments. Fourth, The activation of counseling and treatment by improving awareness. The awareness of police officers, including scientific, about post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) should be improved. Fifth, development of specialized psychotherapy and treatment programs. Scientific investigators should research and develop specialized counseling and treatment programs for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by in-depth analysis of the influencing factors.

동남아시아는 종족⋅종교적 갈등, 정치체제의 저발전, 국제 테러단체의 연계로 국제 테러리즘의활동 무대가 되고 있다. 이에 동남아시아테러리즘의 배경을 통하여 경각심 을 높이고, 한국과 긴밀한 관계에 있는 필리핀 테러리즘의 실태와 대응 방안을 살펴보 고자 한다. 필리핀 테러리즘의 실태는 첫째, 이슬람 테러단체와의 결부로 인해서 국제 테러리즘의 영향을 받는다. 둘째, 국제 교류 활성화에 따라 필리핀에 방문하는 주요 인 사들이 테러의 위협을 받고 있다. 셋째, 재외한국인들을대상으로 한각종테러 및관련 범죄 사건이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 필리핀 테러리즘의 대응 방안은 첫째, 대테러리즘 을 위해 국제적인 공조 및 필리핀의 반테러법을 적극적으로 활용해야 한다. 둘째, 필리 핀에 방문하는 주요 인사의 신변 보호를 위하여 국가 차원의 대응 및 필리핀 대통령 경 호사령부(PSG) 운영의 전문성 향상이 요구된다. 셋째, COVID-19 완화 이후로 테러 리즘의 확산 가속화에 따른 대응력을 제고해야 하며, 필리핀에서 신변안전을 위협하는 테러 및 관련 범죄에 대하여 재외한국인의 보호 정책을 강화해야 한다.
