The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between SNS information characteristics, engagement, and behavioral intentions of professional baseball club targeting professional baseball spectators in 2022. Data from 277 people were used using judgment sampling. The results were derived using the SPSS 22.0 program and the AMOS 22.0 program, and the actual analysis methods used were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. Based on the drawn results, conclusions are presented as follows. First, looking at the relationship between the SNS information characteristics of professional baseball club and engagement, all variables such as accuracy, interactivity, and reliability, which are sub-factors of SNS information characteristics, had a significant effect on engagement. Second, looking at the relationship between SNS information characteristics and behavioral intentions of professional baseball club, the sub-factors of SNS information characteristics, such as accuracy and reliability, had a significant effect on behavioral intentions, but interactivity had no significant effect. Third, looking at the relationship between engagement and behavioral intentions of professional baseball club, engagement had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions.

본 연구는 2022년 프로야구 관중을 대상으로 프로야구단의 SNS 정보특성과 인게이지먼트, 행동의도의 관계를 규명하려는데 목적이 있으며, 판단표본추출법을 이용하여 277명의 자료를 사용하였다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 실제 사용된 분석방법은 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분 석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 사용하였다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로야구단의 SNS 정보특성과 인게이지먼트의 관계를 살펴보면, SNS 정보특성의 하위요인인 정확성과 상호작용성, 신뢰성 등 모든 변인에 서 인게이지먼트에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 프로야구단의 SNS 정보특성과 행동의도의 관계를 살펴보면, SNS 정보 특성의 하위요인인 정확성과 신뢰성은 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 상호작용성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 프로야구단의 인게이지먼트와 행동의도의 관계를 살펴보면, 인게이지먼트는 행동의도에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
