The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationship among flow experience, exploratory behavior, spectating satisfaction, and revisit intention toward professional soccer spectator. A survey was employed to a home game using a convenient sampling method. Total 226 questionnaires were distributed and returned. Among them, fifteen questionnaires were discarded because they were inappropriate. There were 211 usable questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study were followed. First, flow experience had a positive influence on exploratory behavior. Second, flow experience had a positive influence on spectating satisfaction. Third, flow experience had a positive influence on revisit intention. Fourth, exploratory behavior did not contribute to spectating satisfaction. Fifth, exploratory behavior had a positive influence on revisit intention. Sixth, spectating satisfaction had a positive influence on revisit intention.

본 연구는 프로축구 관람자의 플로우경험, 탐색적행동, 관람만족, 재관람의도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 프로축구 관람자를 연구대상으로 선정하였으며 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 표본추출을 하였다. 설문조사는 총 226명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 회수된 설문지 중 부적절하다고 판단되는 15부를 제외한 211부의 설문지를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 26.0 및 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 자료 분석을 하였다. 다음은 본 연구의 결과이다. 첫째, 플로우경험은 탐색적행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 플로우경험은 관람만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 플로우경험은 재관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 탐색적행동과 관람만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 탐색적행동은 재관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 관람만족은 재관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다.
