For the sampling of this study, as of 2021, the leaders of judo centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were set as a population, and then samples were taken using the method of convolutional sputtering. The tool used was a questionnaire, and data that were judged to be unreliable due to poor response or omission of part of the survey were excluded from the analysis, and then data that could be analyzed were coded. The individually input data was computerized according to the purpose of data analysis using the SPSS Ver. 17.0 program, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the analysis of the difference in leaders' perceptions of Judo participation of disabled people showed that the effect of Judo training, the qualification of leaders, the value of training, the necessity factor was social development, the possibility of participation in Judo effect, the professional knowledge item in Judo facility. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in leaders' perceptual attitudes according to socio-demographic characteristics, men were higher in the necessity of Judo training and the value of training facilities and training, and women were higher in the effect of Judo training and qualification factors of leaders. In terms of age, Judo practicability and effectiveness were high in those over the age of 50. In the leadership career, the higher the leadership experience, the more necessary and possible the participation of Judo with disabilities, and guidance.

본 연구의 표본추출은 2021년 현재 서울 및 경기 지역 유도장의 지도자를 모집단으로 설정한 후, 편의추출법 (convenient spmpling method)의 방법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 사용한 도구는 설문지이며, 응답이 완성된 자료 를 회수하여 응답내용이 부실하거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락되어 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료는 분석대상에서 제외 시킨 후 분석 가능한 자료를 코딩하였다. 개별 입력된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료 분석의 목적에 따라 전산 처리하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 첫째, 장애인의 유도참여에 대한 지도자들의 인식태도 차이분석결과 하위요인인 유도수련의 효과, 지도자의 자격, 수련가 치, 실천가능성, 수련의 필요성, 수련시설 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 필요성요인에서는 사회성발달항목이, 실천가능성에 서는 참여가능성항목이, 유도효과에서는 잠재력개발, 지도자자격에서는 전문적 지식항목이, 유도수련시설에서는 편의 시설항목이, 유도수련가치에서는 치료 및 재활가치항목이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 지도자의 인식태도 차이 분석결과 연령에서는 유도수련의 필요성과 수련시설 및 수련의 가치에서 남자가, 유도수련의 효과와 지도자의 자격요인에서는 여자가 높았다. 연령에서는 유도 실천가능성과 효과에서 50세 이상에서 높게 나타났다. 지도자의 지도경력에서는 지도경력이 높을수록 장애인 유도참여의 필요성과 가능성 및 지도자의 자격을 높게 인식하였다. 한편, 장애인 지도유경험자들은 장애인 유도수련의 필요성과 효과에 대해 높게 인식하 였으며, 관련과목 수강 시 수련의 가치와 지도자의 자격요인이 상승하는 것으로 나타났다.
