The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between CSV activities of the four major professional sports(basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer) professional sport team’s based in a particular region, local community development, community consciousness, and participation intention. The conclusions through the research results are as follows. First, it was found that economic and social values among the components of the creation of shared values of professional sports team’s affect economic and socio-cultural factors among the factors of community development. Second, among the components of the creationg shared values of the four major professional sports team’s, economic, social, and environmental values were found to have no effect on community consciousness, a sense of solidarity, and a sense of belonging. Third, it was found that social values among the constituent factors of creating shared values of the four major professional sports clubs had an effect on the intention of local residents to participate. Fourth, it was found that among the factors of local community development, economic factors influenced the sense of belonging among community consciousness, and environmental factors influenced the sense of belonging, the sense of settlement, solidarity, and belonging among community consciousness. Fifth, it was found that local community development did not affect the intention of local residents to participate. Sixth, it was found that the community consciousness also did not affect the intention of local residents to participate.

이 연구의 목적은 특정 지역을 연고지로 활동하고 있는 4대 프로스포츠(농구, 배구, 야구, 축구) 구단의 공유가치 창출(CSV) 활동과 연고지 지역사회발전, 지역사회 의식 그리고 지역주민 참여의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 데 있다. 연구결과를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로스포츠 구단의 공유가치창출 구성요인 중 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치가 지역사회발전 요인 중 경제적 요인과 사회문화적 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4대 프로스포츠 구단의 공유가치창출 구성요인 중 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 가치는 지역사회 의식인 정주의식, 연대의식, 소속의식에 영향을 미치 지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4대 프로스포츠 구단의 공유가치창출 구성요인 중 사회적 가치는 지역주민 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지역사회발전 요인 중 경제적 요인이 지역사회 의식 중 소속의식에, 환경적 요인은 지역사회 의식 중 정주의식, 연대의식, 소속의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지역사회발전은 지역주민 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 지역사회 의식 또한 지역주민 참여의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
