The purpose of this study is to extract factors for fostering university sports teams suitable for the current university situation in Korea and to identify the relative importance between each factor. To this end, the relative importance of university sports team development factors was verified using AHP analysis after extracting Delphi techniques for university sports team workers with expertise and experience, university sports team administrators, university sports team experts, and parents. As a result, the factors fostering college sports teams were in the order of leaders, administration and finance, facilities and equipment, and other 17 evaluation items were prioritized in the order of expertise, university support, leader treatment, scholarship support, and budget securing. Finally, this study is judged to have a very high value in terms of providing basic information necessary for fostering university sports teams. Above all, this study can be the beginning of research related to the university sports team, and it is believed that it will contribute to the activation of related research.

이 연구의 목적은 현재 국내 대학실정에 맞는 대학스포츠팀 육성 요인을 추출하고 각 요인 간의 상대적 중요도를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대학스포츠팀과 관련하여 전문 지식 및 경험이 있는 대학스포츠팀 관련 기관 종사자, 대학 교내 스포츠 행정담당자, 대학스포츠팀 관련 전문가, 대학스포츠팀 지도자ㆍ선수ㆍ학부모 등을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 이용하여 대학스포츠팀 육성 요인을 도출한 후 AHP분석을 활용하여 대학스포츠팀 육성 요인 간의 상대적 중요도를 검증 하였다. 그 결과 대학스포츠 팀 육성 요인은 지도자, 행정 및 재정, 시설 및 장비, 기타 순으로 나타났고, 전체 17개 평가 항목의 우선순위는 전문성, 대학지원, 지도자처우, 장학금 지원, 예산확보 등의 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구는 대학스포츠팀의 육성을 위해 필요한 기본적인 정보를 제공한다는 측면에서 그 가치가 매우 높다고 판단된다. 무엇보다도 이 연구는 대학스포츠팀 관련 연구의 단초가 될 수 있을 것이고, 관련 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것이라 판단된다.
