The purpose of this study is to analyze the Characteristic and meaning between those who have completed the teaching profession and those who have not completed the teaching by examining the grade change in the learning evaluation of the teaching profession in the physical education major using the Equivalent-form test method and the management of the teaching profession through the Characteristics of case study method. The subjects of this study were eight students who were enrolled in A-University's physical education courses. The main conclusions from the derived research results are as follows. First, in the area of the selection policy for those who have completed the teaching profession, 'what you want to do but cannot do' on the topic of whether you want to complete the teaching profession, 'expectation for an opaque future', the current teaching profession Regarding the development direction of the selection system, the answer was 'Call without answer to national policy'.Second, in the field of teaching class operation, 'It seemed uncomfortable but daily living together', 'coexistence of necessity and unfamiliarity' to the question of difficulty in class progress, and attitude toward teaching class 'to create the future' Preparation for and obtaining credits.' Third, in the field of evaluation of teaching profession, the reason for the improvement in grades in the midterm and final exams was answered as ‘the result of focusing on learning for the present and the future’.Also, as to the reason for the low grades in the final exam compared to the midterm exam, the answer was 'negligence on things that are not related to the future'.

본 연구의 목적은 체육전공 교직과목 학습평가에서 성적변화는 동형검사법으로, 교직수업 운영에 대한 사항은 질적 사례 연구법으로 알아보고 교직 이수자와 비 이수자의 특징과 그 의미를 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 A대학교에 재학 중인 체육교직과목 수강생 8명을 대상으로 하였다. 도출된 연구결과를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직이 수자 선발정책영역에서, 교직이수 희망여부에 대하여 ‘하고 싶지만 할 수 없는 것’, 차선책으로 교육대학원 진학을 고려하 고 있느냐는 질문에 ‘불투명한 미래에 대한 기대’, 현 교직선발제도의 발전방향에 대하여 ‘국가정책에 대한 대답 없는 메아 리’라는 세부주제로 분류되었다. 둘째, 교직 수업 운영 영역에서 , 교직 이수자와 비 이수자가 합반하여 수업을 운영하는 것에 관하여 ‘불편할 것 같았지만 일상적인 동거’, 교직수업 참여시 어려움의 질문에 ‘절심함과 낯섦의 공존’, 교직수업에 임하는 태도에 대하여 ‘미래를 위한 준비와 학점 취득 목표’ 라고 분류 되었다. 셋째, 교직 수업 평가 영역에서, 중간고사 시험 대비 기말고사 시험에서 성적이 오른 이유에 대하여 ‘현재와 미래를 위한 학습에 정진한 결과’ 라고 분류 되었다. 또한 중간고사 시험 대비 기말고사 시험에서 성적이 떨어진 이유에 대하여 ‘미래와 관련 없는 것에 대한 소홀함’ 으로 나타났다.
