The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among physical education instructor’s trust, education satisfaction and happiness of Cadets. In order to achieve this purpose, 341 Cadets were selected from studied in 2022 Korea Naval Academy by the convenience sampling method. A total of 328 surveys were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 programs. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the instructor’s trust had influence to the education satisfaction. Second, it showed that the instructor’s trust did give influence to the happiness. Third, it showed that the education satisfaction affect to the happiness.

본 연구는 사관생도의 체육교수자 신뢰와 교육만족 및 행복의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2022 년 해군사관학교에 재학하고 있는 사관생도를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 표본을 수집하였다. 총 341명의 설 문지를 회수하였으며, 실제 분석에는 총 328명의 자료를 이용하였다. 통계프로그램 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21를 이용하여 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫 째, 사관생도의 체육교수자 신뢰는 교육만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사관생도의 체육교수자 신뢰는 행복에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사관생도의 교육만족은 행복에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
