The purpose of this study is to propose fashion products suitable for cold weather and travel in modern life, focusing on their nomadic style based on the clothing culture of the Oroqen, a Chinese minority ethnic group with a sparse population. As a research method, the lifestyle, socio-cultural background, and clothing and household items of the Oroqen were searched through domestic and foreign literature and the internet data. By reinterpreting the characteristics of the Oroqen people surveyed from literature research, four patterns were developed, and two types of sleeping bag and coat with the cloud pattern called Ungwon for camping and five types of warmer pants with the flower pattern called Namjak rahwa were simulated as virtual prototypes using a virtual clothing program. In product development, transformability, multifunctionality and fluidity were selected as design concepts that could be linked to the characteristics of clothing and household items of the Oroqen and nomadic design in modern fashion based on the theoretical background. In addition, in the development of the design theme, elements that fitted the three characteristics were found in the design of Oroqen costumes and household items, linking to the overall shape, subsidiary materials and wearing method. As a result of styling the created virtual clothing on various avatars regardless of age, skin tone, or gender, it reflected the transformable, multifunctional and the fluid and identified the potential as an integrated design. This study has significance in that it allows us to continuously reinterpret the clothing culture of various ethnic minorities with scarce value as well as the nomadic and sustainable clothing lifestyle of the Oroqen in fashion research.

본 연구의 목적은 중국 소수민족으로 인구가 희소한 어룬춘족의 전통복식과 문양 특성을 기반으로 그들 의 노마드 생활방식에 착안하여, 현대 생활에서 방한과 이동에 적절한 패션 제품을 제안하는 데 있다. 연 구 방법으로는 어룬춘족의 생활방식과 사회·문화적 배경, 복식과 생활용품 등의 특성을 고찰하고, 국내·외 문헌 및 인터넷을 통해 연구 자료를 조사하고 검색하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 조사한 어룬춘족의 특성을 재 해석하여 4개의 패턴을 개발하고 캠핑용 운권 침낭코트 2타입과 라이딩용 남작라화 워머팬츠 5타입을 가 상 의류 프로그램을 이용하여, 시제품으로 시뮬레이션하였다. 제품 개발에 있어서는 이론적 배경을 바탕으 로 어룬춘족의 복식 및 생활용품 특성, 현대 패션에서의 노마드 디자인과 연계할 수 있는 디자인 주제를 가변성, 다기능성, 유동성으로 선정하였다. 또한 디자인의 주제 전개는 어룬춘족 복식 및 생활용품의 디자인에서 위 세 가지 특성에 맞는 요소를 찾아 전체 형태 및 부자재, 착용 방식 등과 연계하였다. 제작한 제 품을 연령, 피부 톤, 성별과 구분 없이 다양한 아바타에 착장하여 스타일링한 결과 노마드 특성을 지닌 통 합적 디자인으로서의 가능성을 파악하였다. 본 연구는 어룬춘족의 유목적이고 자연 친화적인 의생활 양식 뿐 아니라 희소가치가 있는 다양한 중국 소수민족의 복식문화가 지속적으로 패션 연구에서 재해석되는데 의의가 있다.
