As the fourth industrial revolution accelerates and the digital gap widens, the international community is actively discussing to create a digital social foundation. In this paper, ICT major curriculum for pre-service teacher in Cambodia, one of the developing countries, was designed and developed. For this, first, the current RTTC two-year curriculum and the current TEC four-year curriculum were analyzed to develop ICT major curriculum for pre-service teacher in Cambodia. Second, the cases of Korea and the United States, Cambodia and neighboring countries such as Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand were compared and analyzed. Third, based on the analysis of the above Cambodian and domestic curriculum, the subjects included in the main topics were restructured according to the relationship of the contents to be taught in the subject, and the two-year ICT pre-service teacher curriculum of Cambodia was derived based on the restructured subjects. Through the developed curriculum, ICT education capabilities of teachers in developing countries can be strengthened, and the information gap in the country can be resolved and future capacities can be cultivated through local teacher training.

4차 산업혁명이 가속화되고 디지털 격차가 심화됨에 따라 국제사회는 디지털 사회 기반을 조성하기 위한 논의를 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발도상국 중 하나인 캄보디아 국가의 예비교사를 위한 ICT 전공 교육과정을 설계 및 개발하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 캄보디아 ICT 전공 예비교사 교육과정을 개발하기 위해 현재의 RTTC 2년제 교육과정과 프놈펜의 TEC 4년제 교육과정을 분석하였다. 둘째, 한국 및 미국, 캄보디아 및 인근 국가인 싱가포르, 베트남, 태국 등의 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 셋째, 이상의 캄보디아 및 국내외 교육과정 을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 주요 주제들에 포함된 교과목들을 교과목에서 가르치고자 하는 내용의 연관성에 따라 재구조화하였고, 재구조화한 교과목을 바탕으로 캄보디아 RTTC의 2년제 ICT 예비교사 교육과정안을 도 출하였다. 개발한 예비교사 교육과정을 통해 개발도상국 교원의 ICT 교육 역량을 강화하고 현지 교원 연수를 통해 국가 내 정보격차를 완화하고 미래 핵심역량을 함양할 수 있을 것이다.
