Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study to understand the level of social support, resilience, and personality achievement of nursing students, and to confirm the effect of social support and resilience on the personality of nursing students Methods: The subjects of this study were students of nursing department at one university located in G province, and data collection was conducted from March 10 to March 31, 2022. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 22.0 program was used, and frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression were used. Results: As a result of the study, there was a significant correlation between social support, resilience, and personality of nursing students, and the explanatory power of these variables for personality was 77.7%. Conclusion: As a result of this study, it is necessary to establish a social support system and prepare a plan to increase resilience in order to improve the personality of nursing students. Research is suggested to identify various predictors and to elucidate the relationship between them.

목적 : 본 연구는 간호대학생의 사회적지지, 회복탄력성 및 인성과의 수준을 파악하고, 간호대학생의 사회 적지지, 회복탄력성 및 인성과의 관계를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다 방법 : 본 연구대상은 G도에 위치는 1개 대학 간호학과 학생들로 선정하였고, 자료 수집은 2022년 03월 10 일부터 03월 31일까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 program을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균 과 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation, Independent sample t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression을 이용하였다. 결과 : 연구 결과 간호대학생의 사회적지지, 회복탄력성 및 인성 간 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 이들 변수 의 인성에 대한 설명력은 77.7%였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 인성을 높이기 위해서는 사회적 지지체계 확립과 회복탄력성을 높이는 방안 마련이 필요하며, 다양한 예측변수 파악과 이들 간의 관계규명을 위한 연구를 제언한다.
