Fulfillment service is a comprehensive service that stores goods, selects products, and is responsible for all processes such as packaging, delivery, exchange, and refund. Although today's logistics warehouses function as complex facilities with fulfillment characteristics simply in the space where products are loaded, physical security-related studies have not yet been active and physical security management measures for logistics warehouses that provide fulfillment services have been examined. With the spread of Corona 19 and the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the scale of fulfillment services has increased over time and has become a new daily life. In order to use secure fulfillment services, it is necessary to train experts who can conduct risk analysis and security measures in consideration of the physical security environment of the logistics warehouse itself.

풀필먼트 서비스는 상품을 보관하고 제품을 선별한 후 포장, 배송, 교환, 환불 등의 과정 을 모두 담당하는 서비스를 포괄적으로 진행하는 서비스이다. 오늘날의 물류창고가 단순히 제품을 적재하는 공간에서 풀필먼트의 특징을 갖춘 복합적인 시설로 기능하고 있으나, 그 에 대한 물리적 보안 관련 연구는 아직 활발하지 않으며 이에 풀필먼트 서비스를 제공하는 물류창고에 대한 물리적 보안 관리 방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 코로나19의 확산과 4차 산업 혁명 시대의 도래로 풀필먼트 서비스의 규모는 시간이 갈수록 증가하며 새로운 일상으로 자리잡고 있다. 이에 안전한 풀필먼트 서비스 이용을 위해서는 물류창고 자체에 대한 물리 적 보안 환경을 고려하고 위험 분석과 보안 대책을 강구할 수 있는 물리적 보안 총괄이 가능한 전문가의 양성이 필요하며, 동시에 관련 종사자들이 안전과 보안 관련 교육 프로그 램을 마련하고 입사 절차에서 충분한 검정을 통해 인적 보안의 강화를 위한 체계를 마련하여야 한다.
