In this study, contact improvisation classes are not significantly affected by lecture space, physical superiority, and major. In addition, it seems that it has the characteristics of creative activities through mutual communication. Therefore, I considered whether contact improvisation is appropriate as a liberal arts course for universities and how to use it. Creative activities go beyond what seems to be a natural ability of a few, and must be embodied in life and nurtured to pursue one’s own happiness, and will serve as the basis for cultural progress. Through literature review, narratives of researchers' experience, and interviews with two scholars, it was concluded that contact improvisation would be recognized as creative play and art sports, inducing cultural formation and harmonious collective performance activities that respect individuality of individual. Finally, precautions were provided to instructors who guide contact improvisation so that contact improvisation could be more suitable as a liberal education at universities.

본 연구는 접촉즉흥수업이 강의 공간이나 신체적 우월성 그리고 전공 등에 크게 영 향을 받지 않으며 상호 소통을 통해 창의적 창조활동이 이루어질 수 있는 특성을 가지 고 있다고 보았다. 따라서 접촉즉흥이 대학의 자유교양교과목으로 적합한지와 활용 방안에 관하여 고찰하였다. 창의적 창조활동은 소수의 타고난 능력인 것처럼 여겨지는 것을 넘어서 모두에게 부여된 잠재적 능력이자 삶에서 구현되어 보다 자신의 행복 추구를 위해 길러져야 할 것이며 문화적 진보의 토대가 되어 줄 것이다. 이에 문헌 연구와 연구자의 경험 내러티브 그리고 두 명의 석학과 인터뷰를 통해 접촉즉흥이 창의적 놀이와 예술 운동 행위로서 인식되고, 개인의 개성을 존중하는 문 화 형성 및 조화로운 집단적 공연 활동을 유도함으로써 양자가 서로 분리될 수 없는 운명 공동체임을 지각할 수 있게 해 줄 것이라고 결론을 내리게 되었다. 마지막으로 접촉즉흥을 지도하는 교육자들에게 주의 사항들을 제시하여 접촉즉흥 이 대학의 자유교양교과목으로서 더욱 적합할 수 있도록 하였다.
