This study empirically analyzed the influence factors of the subjective social status of the youth generation in our Korean society using the data of the ‘2020 Social Integration Survey’. To verify the relative difference in influence on subjective social status, which is a dependent variable, individual socioeconomic factors, individual emotional factors, and social relation recognition factors were selected as independent variables. The mean analysis and reliability analysis of variables were performed through frequency analysis and reliability analysis of SPSS 25, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed in which independent variables were input step by step to analyze the factors affecting subjective social status. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the individual's emotional factors and social relationship recognition factors had a greater influence than the individual socioeconomic factors, which were input as independent variables. From these results, social support and cohesion should be created so that our young generation can have individual emotional stability, social support, and awareness of being in the community rather than comparing themselves to others.

본 연구는 ‘2020년 사회통합실태조사’ 자료를 활용하여 우리사회 청년세대의 주관적 계 층인식의 영향요인을 실증분석 하였다. 종속변수인 주관적 계층인식에 미치는 영향력의 상대적 차이검증을 위하여 개인의 사회경제적요인, 개인의 정서요인, 그리고 사회관계 인 식요인을 독립변수로 선정하였다. SPSS의 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석을 통해 변수의 평균분 석과 신뢰도 분석을 시행하였으며, 주관적 계층인식 영향요인 분석을 위해 독립변수를 단 계적으로 투입하는 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 독립변수로 투입된 개인의 사회경제적 요인보다는 개인의 정서적 요인과 사회관계 인식요인이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 개인은 타인과 비교하고 공동체 속에서 나를 평가할 때 상대적 박탈감이나 스스로를 낮게 평가하는 경향을 가지고 있다고 추론할 수 있을 것이다. 즉 우리 청년세대가 남과 비교하는 것보다는 개인의 정서적 안정, 사회의 지원과 공동체내에 있다는 인식을 가질 수 있도록 하는 사회적 지원과 분위기가 조성되 어야 할 것이다.
