In order to minimize occupational accidents at worksites, the government is proposing and operating various safety and health policies. The safety and health management capabilities of domestic workplaces vary greatly depending on the size of the workplace, and in particular, safety management is difficult in workplaces with fewer than 50 employees, resulting in a relatively high accident rate. Therefore, the government is operating the safety and health technical support project for small business sites to establish safety and health in small business. 전 사업장의 산업재해를 최소화하기 위해 정부는 다양한 안전보건정책을 발굴하여 적극적으로 운영하고 있다. 국내 사업장의 안전보건관리 역량은 사업장의 규모에 따라 큰 차이가 있으며 특히 50인 미만 사업장에서는 안전관리 가 어려운 실정으로 이에 재해율은 상대적으로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이에 정부는 소규모 사업장의 안전보건확 립을 위해서 안전보건기술지원사업을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전보건기술지원사업의 혜택을 받고 있는 소규 모 사업장의 실태조사를 통해 본 사업의 내실화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
