The purposed of this study is to examine the latest technological trends associated with wearable devices in order to direct their development for physical security. In addition, through thorough investigation of how wearables are perceived by society we may consider their potential applicability to the field of physical security. Through this study, it was found that the majority of information concerning wearables was formed around the use of electronic devices widely used in everyday life, such as earphones, smart watches, medical devices, etc. and keywords related to physical security was rarely found or mentioned. Therefore, we proposed the use of ICBM (IoT-Cloud-Big Data-Mobile) as well as an integrated control model that can be applied to the physical security of wearable devices and we suggest the direction in which physical security must continue to be developed.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대의 변화에 맞는 물리보안 분야 발전의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 웨 어러블 디바이스와 관련된 최신 기술 동향을 살펴보고, 빅데이터에 나타난 웨어러블에 대한 사 회적 인식을 확인하여 향후 물리보안 분야에 적용 가능성에 관해 고찰하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 웨어러블 디바이스에 관한 사회적 인식은 이어폰, 스마트 워치, 의료용 기기 등 실생 활에 많이 활용되는 전자기기를 중심으로 형성되어 있었으며 아직 물리보안 분야와 관련된 키워 드는 찾아보기 어려웠다. 이에 웨어러블 기술을 기반으로 물리보안 분야에 적용 및 발전시킬 수 있는 ICBM (IoT- Cloud- Big data- Mobile) 및 통합관제 모델을 제시하였으며 이를 통해 물리 보안이 앞으로 나아가야 할 발전 방향에 관해 제언하였다.
