The Purpose of the this study was to examine the effect of achievement goal orientation of dance major College students on psychological skills and self management. The subjects of this study were 273 in three College in Seoul, measured achievement goal orientation, psychological skills and self management. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver. 26.0. The following conclusions were obtained. First, achievement goal orientation of dance major students significant influence on psychological skills. Second, achievement goal orientation of dance major students shows significant influence on self management. It has been shown that among achievement goal orientation, the assignment tendency has a significant influence on four sub-factors of self-management.

무용전공 대학생들의 성취목표지향성이 자기관리와 심리기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하는데 목 적이 있다. 대상은 서울시 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 한국무용, 현대무용 발레 전공대학생 273명이었으며, 성취 목표지향성, 자기관리, 심리기술을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver.26.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신 뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석 하였다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성은 심리기술에 유의한 영향력을 나타내 고 있다. 둘째, 성취목표지향성이 자기관리에 유의한 영향력을 나타내고 있다. 무용수 성취목표지향성은 무용 수 심리기술과 무용수 자기관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 자기관리, 심리기 술의 심리적인 대처 전략과 교육방법이 마련되어 교육현장에 적용할 수 있는 사회적 지지와 노력이 필요하다.
