In order to solve problems faced by rapidly growing daycare centers over the past 20 years and promote developmental growth, daycare teachers developed a Performance Support System that systematically provides the necessary support in the process of establishing an Entrepreneurial community. The model for establishing an entrepreneurial community(EC) for daycare center teachers will be divided into three stages: the Pre-preparation stage, the Entrepreneurial community(EC) activity stage, and the post-evaluation. The supporting elements required to realize this Entrepreneurial community(EC) consist of four dimensions. First, there are various required in each stage and process of the Entrepreneurial Community (EC) activities. Second, these are the required for support activities of persilators coaching Entrepreneurial community(EC) activities. Third, they are used by teachers who are members of the Entrepreneurial Community (EC). Fourth, it is provided by daycare centers. When the Entrepreneurial Community(EC) is distributed to daycare centers, it is expected that the self-sustaining power and organizational infrastructure necessary to promote qualitative growth through solving the problems of daycare centers will be established.

본 논문에서는 지난 이십여 년 동안 급성장한 어린이집의 당면한 문제해결과 발전적 성장을 위하여 어린이집 교사들이 만드는 혁신실천공동체(Entreprenerial Community)의 구축 과정과 그 과정에서 필요한 지원을 체계적으로 제공하는 수행지원체제 (Performance Support System)를 개발하였다. 어린이집 교사들을 위한 혁신실천공동체(EC) 구축 모형은 사전준비단계와 혁신실천 공동체(EC) 활동단계 그리고 사후 평가단계의 3단계로 나뉘어진다. 이러한 혁신실천공동 체(EC)를 실현시키는데 필요한 지원요소는 네 가지 차원으로 구성된다. 첫째, 혁신실천 공동체(EC) 활동이 전개되는 각 단계와 과정에서 필요한 각종 <수행자원>들이다. 둘째, 혁신실천공동체(EC) 활동을 코칭하는 퍼실리테이터의 지원활동에 필요한 <안내자료>들 이다. 셋째, 혁신실천공동체(EC)의 구성원인 교사들이 활용하는 <수행도구>들이다. 넷 째, 어린이집 차원에서 제공하는 <행 재정적인 지원>이다. 어린이집에 혁신실천공동체 (EC)가 보급되면, 어린이집이 안고 있는 문제해결을 통하여 질적 성장을 도모하는데 필 요한 자생적인 원동력과 조직적인 인프라가 어린이집에 정착될 것으로 보여진다.
