The global cosmetics market has grown steadily every year. With the trend of K-Beauty, the Korean cosmetics market is paying attention to Korean cosmetics as it moves around the world. Among them, a new cosmetic container caught the eye. Cosmetic containers are not just for containers, but are important parts that are considered when designing visual design such as convenience, easy-to-use printing indications such as handling conditions, display of product characteristics, and camp effects. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the report on the improvement cases of molds and injection methods during the development process of cosmetic containers. It is a report conducted in research and development projects, and two reports conducted in cooperation with cosmetics companies and universities were extracted and conducted. The report on the development process of cosmetic containers was analyzed by the necessity of development and problems of prior art, presentation and analysis of similar cases, changes in molds and injection methods, presentation of inspection reports, and presentation of final prototypes. Analysis elements were extracted from the research models of two reports. In the two reports, new functional containers were developed by supplementing the inconveniences of existing containers, and the simplification of parts resulted in lower unit prices or cosmetic production. Through this report, it can be seen that not only the design was devised, but also the injection and inspection report was carried out to the product production stage. The fact that it was conducted in cooperation with the university would have been a great help for students to move forward socially in the future. In developing new functional containers, it is possible to produce products that complement existing functions, so it will help to influence cosmetics production mold techniques beyond K-Beauty in the future.

전 세계 화장품 시장 규모는 매년 꾸준히 성장해왔 다. K-Beauty의 흐름으로 한국화장품 시장은 전 세 계적으로 나아가면서 한국의 화장품에 주목하고 있다. 그 중 시선을 사로잡은 것은 신기능 화장품 용기이다. 화장품 용기는 단순히 내용물을 담는 용도가 아닌 사 용이 용이한 편리성, 취급조건 등의 인쇄표시, 상품특 성의 표시 및 진영효과 등 시각적인 디자인성이 설계 시 고려되는 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 연구는 화장품 용기 개발 과정 중 금형 및 사출방식의 개선 사례에 대한 보고서를 분석하고 자 하였다. 연구 개발 사업에서 진행된 보고서이며, 화장품 업체와 대학교가 협력하여 진행된 보고서 2가 지를 추출하여 진행하였다. 화장품 용기 개발 과정 보고서를 개발 필요성 및 선행기술의 문제점, 유사 사례 제시 및 분석, 금형 및 사출방식의 변화, 검사성 적서 제시, 최종 시제품 제시로 분석하였다. 분석 요 소는 두 가지 보고서의 연구모형에서 추출하였다. 두 가지 보고서에서 기존의 용기의 불편한 점을 보완하 여 신기능 용기를 개발하였고, 부품의 간략화로 화장 품 생산 시 단가나 낮아지는 결과를 나타냈다. 본 보 고서를 통해 디자인을 고안한 것에 그치지 않고 사출 및 검사 성적서까지 진행해 제품 생산 단계까지 가능 하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 대학교와 협력하여 진행했 다는 점도 향후 학생들이 사회적으로 나아가는 데에 큰 도움이 되었을 것이다. 새로운 신기능 용기를 개 발함에 있어 기존의 기능을 보완한 제품 생산이 가능 한 만큼 앞으로의 K-Beauty를 넘어 화장품 생산 금 형 기법까지 영향 끼칠 수 있을 것에 도움이 되고자 한다.
