[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among golfer’s grit, exercise passion and exercise adherence. [Method] To achieve this purpose, 283 golfer’s of golf course, golf driving range in Kyung Gi(Gwangju, Suwon, Yongin, Hanam) province were set up as subjects. Data collect was convenience sampling method, and conclusively 270 golfers were extracted and analyzed. measurement tool was questionnaire using the possible specifications properly selected and it was proved applied with SPSS/PC WINDOW 24.0 version. Details of the results were as follows. [Result] Firstly, Grit of golfers showed positive (+) effect on exercise passion. Secondly, Grit of golfers showed positive (+) effect on exercise adherence. Thirdly, Exercise Passion of golfers showed positive (+) effect on exercise adherence. [Conclusion] It is judged that the Grit of golf participants plays a role in exercise passion, and furthermore, it plays a role in increasing the propensity to exercise adherence

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 골프참여자의 그릿과 운동열정 및 운동지속의 관계를 검증하는데 주된 목적이 있다. [방 법] 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기도(광주, 수원, 용인, 하남) 지역에 소재한 골프장 및 골프연습장에서 골 프에 참여하는 대상자 283명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 표집방법은 편의표출추출법을 사용하였으며, 최종적으로 270명을 추출 분석하였다. 측정도구는 구글(Google)에서 제공하는 설문지로서 본 연구에 적합한 항목들을 선택하 여 활용하였으며, SPSS/PC 윈도우 24.0 Version을 활용하여 검증하였다. [결과] 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프참여자의 그릿은 운동열정에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프참여자의 그릿은 운동 지속에 부분적으로 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프참여자의 운동열정은 운동지속에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골프참여자의 그릿은 운동열정을 증가시키는 역할을 하며, 나아가서는 운 동지속을 증가시킬 수 있는 역할을 하는 것으로 판단된다.
