The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived stress, anxiety, depression of suicide ideation in nursing students. Data were collected from 224 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of suicide ideation in nursing students was 3.33±5.28. There were significant differences in suicide ideation with number of friend(F=4.114, p=.007). There was negative correlation between suicide ideation and perceived stress(r=.404, p<.001), anxiety(r=.480, p<.001), depression(r=.580, p<.001). The factors affecting suicide ideation of the study subjects were anxiety(β=.158, p=.040), depression(β=.463, p<.001), number of friend(β=.109, p=.044), with an explanatory power of 36.8%. Through the result of this study, it is necessary to development various education and program that can control the suicide ideation of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 지각된 스트레스, 불안, 우울이 자살생각에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시 도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호대학생 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실 수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 자살생각은 3.33±5.28점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 자살생각의 차이는 학과 친구의 수(F=4.114, p=.007)에서 유의한 차이를 나타 냈다. 대상자의 자살생각은 지각된 스트레스(r=.404, p<.001), 불안(r=.480, p<.001), 우울(r=.580, p<.001)과 정적상관 관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인은 불안(β=.158, p=.040), 우울(β=.463, p<.001), 학과 친구 의 수(β=.109, p=.044)로 나타났고, 설명력은 36.8%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 자살생각을 조 절하기 위한 다양한 교육 및 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
