In this research, determined the relation between daily-life activity patterns of citizens based on subway stations of Seoul City and service industries, and analyzed the change of the spatial structure of the city based on that determined relation. As a result, the daily-life activity patterns of Seoul City turned out to be expanding from the CBD area to the peripheral area of downtown gradually, and the location of service industries changes very flexibly. Also, based on each business characteristic in the service industries, the change of spatial location patterns appeared discriminatively. This kind of result means that the spatial structure of the city gradually changes based on daily-life patterns of citizens for the past 10 years, and the new cores are forming with the changes of the central area of the service industries. Recently, considering the policy of Seoul City which is aiming to form the multinuclear city space, consideration to accord distinct characteristics to the cores of service industries and to support the following additional things by policy will be necessary. The result of this research is expected to anticipate the structural space of the service industries in the city from now on and to be used as the basic data which can contribute to establish the mid/long-term development way of the city through this.

본 연구에서는 서울시 지하철 역을 중심으로 한 도시민의 일상활동 패턴과 서비스 산업과의 연관관계를 밝히고 그에 따른 도시공간구조의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 서울시의 일상활동 패턴은 CBD지역에서 점차 도심 외곽지역으로 확대되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그에 따라 서비스 산업의 입지도 매우 유동적으로 변화한다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 서비스 산업 내 에서도 각각의 사업특성에 따라 공간적 입지패턴의 변화가 차별적으로 나타남을 확인할 수 있 었다. 이러한 결과는 지난 10년간 도시민의 일상활동 패턴에 따라 도시 공간구조는 점차 변화하 고 있으며, 서비스 산업 중심지역의 변화와 함께 새로운 핵이 형성되고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 최근, 도시공간의 다핵구조 형성을 목표로 하는 서울시 도시정책을 고려해 볼 때, 공간적 위치 가 변화하고 있는 서비스 산업의 핵들에 대한 고유한 특성을 부여하고 그에 따른 부가적 장치 를 정책적으로 지원하는 방안을 고려하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도시 내 서비스산업의 공간구조를 예측하고 이를 통해 중장기적 도시발전 방향 정립에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 도시 내 산업구조의 변화양상을 단순히 분석 하는 것에서 벗어나, 도시민의 일상활동이 도시 내 산업구조에 끼치는 공간적 영향을 파악함으 로써, 향후 도시 산업구조를 예측하고 이를 통해 중장기적 도시발전전략 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
