In the meantime, the ruling powers in Korea have taken decisive measures against other ideological forces other than conservatives by stimulating the conservative tendencies of the people. These measures were used a lot to overcome the political crisis of the ruling class through criticism from the primary opposition forces, and the irrational choices of the ruling powers further aggravated the division of national opinion. As in the case of ideological integration, the cognitive-structural logic of the unification movement or unification education requires a more tolerant and open-minded change of perception in terms of overcoming the divided situation of Korea. In other words, the integration between each cognitive structure will be a process of comprehensive understanding and convergence of various domestic unification discussions prior to overcoming the situation of division between North and South Korea. Therefore, discussions on improving the integrity of Korea's unification education will become the basis for practical South-South and North-South integration for the ultimate acceptance of unification.

그 동안 한국의 집권 세력은 국민들의 보수적 성향을 자극하여 보수 성향 이외의 여타 이데올로기 세력에 대해 단호한 조치를 취하였다. 이러한 조치는 원색적인 반 대파 세력의 비난을 통해 집권층의 정치적 위기 상황을 극복하려는 데에서 많이 악 용되었으며, 집권세력의 비합리적인 선택은 국론의 분열을 더욱 가중시켰다. 이데올 로기 통합의 경우처럼 통일운동이나 통일교육의 인식 구조적 논리도 한국의 분단 상황의 극복이라는 차원에서 보다 포용력 있고 개방적인 인식 전환이 요구된다. 즉, 각 인식구조 간의 통합은 남북 분단 상황 극복에 앞서 국내적인 여러 통일논의에 대한 총괄적 이해와 수렴의 과정이 될 것이다. 따라서 한국 통일교육에 대한 통합성 제고 논의는 궁극적인 통일 수용을 위해 실질적인 남남 및 남북 통합의 기초가 될 것이다.
