This study was conducted through literature and th eoretical consideration on art makeup and painting wo rks. First, the background and characteristics of neo-i magination are examined and the characteristics of th e divination method of the neo-imagination artist Paul Sinac are analyzed. In addition, we are planning to de velop a makeup design by utilizing Paul Cignac's paint ing characteristics. In order to emphasize the charact eristics and expression techniques of Paul Sinac's pai ntings, the range was limited to color-oriented makeu p expressions. A total of nine art make-up works wer e produced by selecting representative works of each regiment. To this end, a total of nine works were com pleted by experimentally producing a new color repre sentation technique of art makeup. The overall image and color of the work were expressed in a way that is faithful to the painting work while pursuing changes in the outline structure of the character. It is express ed using beige and cream beige colors to match the skin tone of the model with a semi-complementary co lor. By actively utilizing the artist's artistic sense of color and techniques, it was expressed to blend in we ll with the skin and produced art makeup. Through th e fusion of makeup and conversation techniques, the characteristics of visual art makeup could be express ed artistically, and it could be seen that various color s could be produced that were not realistic. This mea ns the expansion of the visual and artistic area of art makeup as a new expression technique for art makeu p applied with painting techniques. We hope that the fusion of experimental design between the two areas will continue, and this study is significant.

본 연구는 아트메이크업과 회화작품에 관한 문헌자료와 이론적 고찰로 진행하였다. 먼저 신인상주의의 시대·문화적 배경과 특성을 알아보고 신인상주의 화가 폴시냑의 점묘법 의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구목적은 폴시냑의 회화적 특징을 살려 메이크업디자인을 전개하는 것이다. 연구방법과 범위는 폴시냑의 회화 작품의 연대별 작품 특성과 표현기법을 강조 하기 위해 색채 중심의 메이크업 표현으로 범위를 한정하였 다. 연대별 대표작품을 선정하여 총 9가지의 아트메이크업 작품을 제작하였다. 본 논문에서는 색상에 대한 표현에 있어 서 회화적 표현기법인 점묘법을 중심으로 표현하고자 하였 으며 구도와 명암은 회화작품을 기본으로 하여 얼굴의 윤곽 에 자연스럽게 연출하였다. 전체적인 작품의 이미지와 색상 은 준보색계열과 함께 모델의 스킨톤에 잘 어울리도록 하기 위해 베이지와 크림베이지컬러를 활용하여 표현하였다. 작가 의 예술적 색채감과 기법을 적극적으로 활용하여 피부에 잘 어우러지도록 표현하였으며 아트메이크업을 연출하였다. 연 구결과 9개 메이크업과 회화기법의 융합으로 시각적인 아트 메이크업의 특징을 예술적으로 표현할 수 있었으며 사실적 표현에서 벗어난 다양한 색감의 연출이 가능함을 알 수 있었 다. 이는 회화적 기법을 적용한 아트메이크업의 새로운 표현 기법으로 아트메이크업의 시각적·예술적 영역의 확장을 의 미한다. 앞으로 두 영역간에 실험적 디자인의 융합이 지속적 으로 이루어지길 바라며 본 연구의 의의를 둔다.
