The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis on difference between excellent gymnast in Korea and World to identify the skills preferred by the world’s excellent gymnast, suggest skills and applied movements that Korean gymnast need to learn preferentially, and enhance the performance. For the research, this study targeted on total of 21 high school gymnast in 100th National Sports Festival, adult gymnast, and gymnast who qualified for the finals in the 49th world championship, 7 respectively, and difficulty elements, analyzed the score, and connection value. The analysis results were as follows. First, while all three groups preferred D difficulty, only NSF A and NSF B group performed A, B, and C difficulty which are evaluated as low difficulty skills and only WC group performed F and G difficulty that are evaluated as high difficulty skills. Secondly, in the score analysis, NSF A group final score of 12.21 in average. NSF B group final score of 11.22 in average. WC group final score of 14.78 in average. Third, in the analysis on the Connection Value, NSF A group showed average of 0.20 while NSF B group showed average of 0.06 and WC group showed average of 0.63. Fourth, in the analysis on applied skills preferred by the world’s excellent gymnast, they preferred Schaposchnikova interrelated 14 times, Pak salto interrelated 9 times, and Tkatchev interrelated 7 times. The study results are expected to help Korean gymnast learn applied skills frequently performed by the world’s excellent gymnast, enhance their performance, and further strengthen competitiveness in the uneven bars which is regarded as weak in Korea.

이 연구는 국내 우수선수와 세계 우수선수간의 차이를 비교분석하여 세계 우수선수들이 선호하고 있는 기술의 계열을 파악하고 우리나라 선수들이 우선적으로 습득해야 할 기술과 응용동작을 제시하여 경기력을 향상시키는 목적으 로 진행하였다. 이에 제100회 전국체육대회 고등부, 일반부, 제49회 세계선수권대회 이단평행봉 결승진출자 각 7명씩 총 21명을 대상으로 난도요소, 점수에 대한 분석, 연결동작에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세 집단 모두 D난도를 선호하였지만 저난도로 평가되는 A, B, C난도는 NSF A, NSF B집단만 실시하였으며, 고난도로 평가되는 F, G난도는 WC집단만 실시하였다. 둘째, 점수에 대한 분석으로 NSF A집단은 최종점수 평균 12.21점으로 나타났으며, NSF B집단은 최종점수 평균 11.22점으로 나타났다. 반면 WC집단은 최종점수 평균 14.78점으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연결점수에 대한 분석으로 NSF A집단 평균 0.20점, NSF B집단 평균 0.06점, WC집단 평균 0.63점으로 나타났다. 넷째, 세계 우수선수들이 선호하는 응용동작으로 Schaposchnikova 계열 14회, Pak salto 계열 9회, Tkatchev 계열 7회로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 세계 우수선수들이 빈번하게 실시하는 응용동작을 우선적으로 습득하여 경기 력을 향상시키고 나아가 취약종목으로 평가되는 이단평행봉을 강세종목으로 전환되길 기대한다.
