The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the importance and achievement of lifeguard in the working environment using the IPA analysis method. The subject of this study was a survey by selecting lifeguard working in domestic general swimming pools and water parks as a population, and a total of 224 copies were used for the final analysis. For the data processing of this study, frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, and descriptive statistics methods were used using SPSS 23.0 Version. The research results based on this are as follows. First, the I quadrant(maintaining the phenomenon) was found to be a total of three questions: ‘personal development’, ‘task responsibility’, and ‘job pride’. Second, II quadrant(corrective power of priority) ‘benefit’, ‘employment stabilization’, ‘time for their personal life’ showed a total of three questions. Third, the III quadrant(low priority) was found to be a total of four questions: ‘personnel system’, ‘wage increase’, ‘training opportunity’, and ‘career development’. Finally, the IV quadrant(over-effort avoidance) was found to be a total of four questions: “personal sense of accomplishment,” “relationship with colleagues and bosses,” “friendly department atmosphere,” and “cooperative and good teamwork.”

본 연구의 목적은 IPA 분석 방법을 활용하여 인명구조요원의 근무환경에 있어 중요도와 성취도를 비교 분석하고 자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 국내 일반 수영장 및 워터파크에서 종사하고 있는 인명구조요원을 모집단으로 선정하여 설문조 사를 진행하였으며 총 224부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0 Version을 시용하여 빈도분 석, 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계방법을 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 나온 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, I 사분면(현 상유지)은 ‘개인적 발전’, ‘과업 책임감’, ‘직무 자부심’의 총 3가지 문항으로 나타났다. 둘째, II 사분면(우선시정능력)은 ‘복리후생’, ‘고용안정’, ‘개인적 삶을 위한 시간’의 총 3가지 문항으로 나타났다. 셋째, III 사분면(낮은 우선순위)은 ‘인사 제도’, ‘급여인상’, ‘훈련기회’, ‘경력개발’의 총 4가지 문항으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 IV 사분면(과잉노력지양)은 ‘개인 적 성취감’, ‘동료, 상사와의 관계’, ‘호의적인 부서 분위기’, ‘협조적이며 좋은 팀워크’의 총 4가지 문항으로 나타났다.
