The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of leisure restrictions on team cohesion and violence acceptability among athletes from boarding environmental universities, and to provide basic information to improve their leisure activities and reduce tolerance of violence. In 2021, 340 university athletes living in dormitories in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province were selected for the study. The main conclusions derived from the results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of investigating the Team Cohesion between leisure constraints and team cohesion, structural constraints were influenced by individual society, individual tasks, and group tasks, and internal constraints were influenced by group society and group tasks. Second, as a result of investigating the relationship between leisure constraints and violence acceptability, structural limiting factors have a static effect on actability and inappropriate effects on permissible attitudes, and interpersonal limiting factors have permissible attitudes. Was shown to have a negative effect. Third, as a result of investigating the relationship between team cohesion and violence acceptability, group social factors have a static effect on actability, individual task factors have a negative effect on actability, and permissive attitudes have a static effect.

본 연구의 목적은 기숙 환경 대학 운동선수들을 대상으로 여가 제약이 팀 응집력과 폭력 허용도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 이를 통해 대학 운동선수들의 여가활동을 높이고 폭력 허용도를 낮추기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공하 는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2021년도 서울, 경기 지역 대학교 기숙사에 합숙 생활을 하는 대학 운동선수들을 대상으로 340명을 유의 표본 추출법을 사용하였다. 도출된 연구결과를 통한 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가 제약과 팀 응집력 의 관계를 조사한 결과, 구조적 제약 요인은 개인 사회, 개인 과제, 집단과제 부적 영향이 나타났으며, 내재적 제약은 집단 사회, 집단과제 부적 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 여가 제약과 폭력 허용도의 관계를 조사한 결과, 구조적 제약 요인은 행위 가능성에 정적 영향, 허용적 태도에 부적 영향이 나타났으며, 대인적 제약 요인은 허용적 태도에 부적 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 팀 응집력과 폭력 허용도에 관계를 조사한 결과, 집단사회 요인은 행위 가능성에 정적 영향이 나타났으며, 개인 과제 요인은 행위 가능성에 부적 영향, 허용적 태도는 정적 영향이 나타났다.
